Portraits of a Queen

Last night I sat up until the wee hours making waxen portraits of the Queen. Each tiny ATC portrait is made of manipulated, rose-scented beeswax, vintage ephemera, rubber stamps and Dresden scrap. Each of the portraits took approximately 45 minutes to create. The waxing was a very interesting, messy, sometimes exasperating process! It does lend a depth and antique feel that is hard to acheive in collage done without wax. Enjoy their beauty for yourself and I hope you go away with a brighter smile today!

Card Titles From Top To Bottom Are:
